Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.

Location was GREAT! VRC was fantastic! They were exceptionally accommodating.......I only made a few suggestions when I first arrived and within days those suggestions became a reality......I truly was not expecting that!!! Highly recommend this property!

Great Property
Dawson House is a well constructed home with much attention to detail and it is as nice as the pictures advertising it. The well equipped kitchen is a joy for cooking. The bathrooms are warm and well appointed. The beds are comfy. The lighting throughout the home is terrific!

This was my 6th year in the Dawson House. I was the first person to rent this when it was first remodeled, It is a very easy to get any where in town and you do not have to drive any where if you do not want too. It is very nice on the inside, but it has 17 steps to gt to the bedrooms up stairs. Not bad though.
