The house is lovely and quiet with a private bathroom. Nice shared kitchen and common area which make the small room doable. The lady who met us, let us leave our luggage because we were a few hours early...very much appreciated It was a little hard to find

We tried to find an employee to ask about where to park, but we couldn’t find anyone. The room itself was fine clean and warm but it was like a maze trying to get to it and if you are a little taller than average, you’re gonna hit your head on a couple ceilings. Unfortunately one of the staircases almost took my boyfriend out as it was so low he hit his head. But the room works for an overnight stay on your way to somewhere else.

What can you say for the price? Clean, convenient, comfortable, and excellent common areas. Remote support via WhatsApp is very good and we had a great stay. Wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else if we returned to Fatima.

The room we received was extremely different than the photos online. The room was so small it only fit the bed. My partner and I couldn’t both stand up in the room at the same time. Be aware, the other tenants are very loud at night and every door in the building slams no matter how quietly you try and close it. There was constant construction going on in the building. Overall, rough.

Quarto com teto rebaixado não é legal.

Esperava um quarto melhor, ficamos num quarto com o teto rebaixado para tomar banho foi muito desconfortável, não dava nem para levantar os braços que tocava no teto.

Il responsabile è gentilissimo e sta disponibile per qualsiasi cosa che abbiamo bisogno. L’unico problema è stato la doccia che non c’è come regolare la temperatura dell’acqua. Esce acqua bollente impossible di fare una doccia dopo alcuni minuti l’acqua esce congelata , essendo impossibile usarla.

Hay un problema muy desagradable que me bloquearon por otro cliente el coche y no pude salir para ver a una persona muy importante. Tardaron mas de 45 minutos en venir alguien del hotel para que quitaran el vehiculo estacionado detras y que me bloqueaba para salir del parking. Muy grave pues rsa reunion que tenia era muy importante y no pude llegar a tiempo y me bolvia para España. Y segun parece eso es normal esos bloqueos en el parking. Algo que con dejar un cartel de la habitacion se hubiera arregñado. Gran irresponsabilidad del personal del hoteo y de esr cliente. Esto hace que la puntuacion baje a menos 0. Horrible el desastre que me ocasiono

Qualidade do hotel

O local é pequeno e bem simples, mas super aconchegante e arrumado, local limpo, a recepção foi realizada por um rapaz brasileiro super gente boa, o preço foi barato e justo, algo que buscamos em uma estadia, realizei a reserva com intuito de encaixar um roteiro em minha viagem e gostei muito, facilmente ficaria mais pois mesmo os quartos sendo bem pequeno o preço vale muito apena, inclusive super indico e recomendo, quanto a localização a cidade é pequena, então acaba ficando tudo muito perto de tudo, o local tem estacionamento na porta, para quem está buscando algo que não seja luxuoso super recomendo, parabéns ao hotel !!!
