Full equipped. Living room (TV, home cinema, DVD, etc.). Kitchen (thermomix, dishwasher, blender, juicer, toaster, washing machine - robot, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer). Room (stereo). 3 bathrooms: One with a bath and two with a shower. Four rooms. 30-meter terrace with dining table, barbecue, sofas and garden.
Large gardens and gym (indoor pool,
tennis court, running track, football) in front. Restaurants at 5 '. Supermarket 5 '. Urban bus next door. 10 'train station. Hiking 5 'Monte Alegre (great views of the city), 7' banks of the Miño River. Downtown and old town 9 'all this walking. From the center there is a little train every hour to make the journey through all the hot springs (Chavasqueira, El molino, Outariz) and the old town.

Amazing apartment with even better views!

This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ourence or any neighboring city. Thanks again Olga!

Wir waren mit der Familie (insgesamt 4 Paare) in Ourense im Urlaub. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr grossräumig mit einer grossen Terrasse im Dachgeschoss (2-stöckige Wohnung). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut organisiert. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (riesiger Mercadona) in nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man für eine 5-köpfige Familie benötigt. Insgesamt war die Wohnung auch sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen.

Era la segunda vez que venia al piso de Olga. Lo escoge porque ya la primera vez estuvimos muy contentos de nuestra estancia. Y esta vez mas tenemos que agradecer a Olga para su acogida, sencillez y amabilidad. El piso esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y de los almacenes , muy confortable y bien entretenido. Hola, hemos pasado unos días a finales de agosto, el apartamento esta de lujo, no le falta nada , nos encanto. Una estancia excelente. La dueña, Olga, ha sido muy atenta y en todo momento pendiente de nuestras necesidades (hasta nos trajo una cafetera Nespresso a estrenar). El dúplex tiene todas las comodidades que uno pueda desear: calefacción central, suelos de madera, cocina totalmente equipada, multimedia, wifi, plaza de garaje... A pocos minutos del centro de Orense, y con muchas posibilidades para explorar los alrededores: Celanova, Monasterios de Oseria, Montederramo, Santa Cristina de Ribas de Sil, iglesia de San Pedro de las Rocas, Ribeira Sacra, Santiago de Compostela... Turismo monumental, enológico y de naturaleza. Estuvimos 9 días y nos quedaron cosas por ver. Para repetir, sin duda. Y, de nuevo, nuestro agradecimiento a Olga. Pilar y Pedro.

No solemos usar mucho los servicios de Homeaway porque nos da cierto reparo no tener claro dónde nos estamos metiendo. En este caso, los comentarios no resultaron muy tentadores y la verdad es que estaban en lo cierto. El lugar es estupendo: gran casa, magnificamente equipada, estupendas vistas, muy buenas comunicaciones, garaje, ... Todo ello de la mano de una estupenda propietaria: atenta, servicial, colaboradora, ... Resumiendo: si quieres ir a Ourense, posiblemente esta sea la mejor elección para alojarte.

¡Totalmente recomendable!

Sin ninguna duda el piso es totalmente recomendable, espacioso, muy cuidado, bien situado, vistas impresionantes, con todo tipo de detalles. Nosotras éramos 8 y sólo pasamos un fin de semana pero, sin duda, te quedas con ganas de más. Olga nos trató fenomenal, nos sugirió muchísimos planes para sacarle partido a la ciudad y a los alrededores y en todo momento fue tremendamente amable. ¡Repetiremos y lo recomendaremos!

Es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado, la dueña muy amable y puntual, la documentación que deja en la casa para ver los alrededores de Ourense es una gozada. Es un sitio que tendré muy en cuenta en posibles retornos a la ciudad termal.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Muy limpio y espacioso y con todas las comodidades que se puedan desear. Ademas, Olga muy amable y dispuesta a atender cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. En cuanto a la ciudad, muy agradable para recorrer andando y disfrutar de la gastronomía. Por ultimo, Las termas, una experiencia imprescindible que hay que vivir. Estuvimos un día en las publicas de Outariz y el ultimo día en. Las privadas de Rivadavia. Estar en la terma en plena naturaleza junto al río y los arboles, con 5 grados en el exterior y música zen es algo para recordar. Gracias!

Alojamiento y trato maravilloso.

Alquilamos el duplex del 21 al 28 de diciembre para pasar las Navidades. Olga nos atendió maravillosamente dándonos todo tipo de facilidades. El piso tiene todos elementos que anuncia e incluso cuando le dijimos que no tenía horno la cocina, estuvo presta y nos proporcionó uno a estrenar (que funcionó a la perfección) así como una cuna de niño. La localización es estupenda estando a 15-20 minutos del centro de Ourense a pie. Las habitaciones son amplias y lumisosas (a pesar que esos días estuvo lloviendo) y los 3 baños completos y amplios también. No tengo ninguna duda en volver a alquilar el duplex y repetir la experiencia. Muchas gracias Olga. Mª Teresa y Ricardo
