"The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said yes , an 1 later they called me asking what were the issues and they offered again to switch and i said no since the two small children were asleep. The other hot room I had 4 young boys sleeping in a 8w degree because again , their answer was that they didn't have anyone to go to fix anything at that time ( after we mentioned the problem around 8 pm) also one of the rooms was able to open because they needed to fix it so we alwaya had acces to connecting room by only one room The dinner experience was very unpleasant, my dinner after i said i wanted well done lamb chops , it came as medium red , it took then 35 min to come back with the dish after all of the rest of my party was already done , I had to take the dinner upstairs in a container to face the AC issues in the room. The rooms were clean , the our server the restaurant were not the most welcoming woman. Overall , as a personal assitant /nanny as guest in this resort was a very stressful and uncomfortable . "

"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

From the little things like games for kids to pool accessories to kayaks, beach chairs and snorkel gear. Convenience to airport and everything else was huge too. "Communication was so easy with Jack and Kay. We had recommendations sent before we arrived. The house was exactly what we needed for our two small families to stay comfortably. We had so much fun we barely left the property the first 3 days of our trip! The Kayaks and paddle boards were an extra bonus, we paddled to the blue hole and saw a few turtles along the way, walked the salt flats at low tide. Enjoyed nightly sunsets- shipwreck is a true gem! A car rental is 100% necessary in my opinion, and the direction video that Jack provides is excellent. We cant wait to return!"

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."

"I was told visiting this house would be like living in a screensaver...they were right. This place is magical. From the lazy river sand bar to the rocking chairs on the patio watching the turtles swim by, it was the most magical vacation we have had. I didn't know this beauty existed. If you want the perfect place to escape and see the most amazing place in a stunning home this is it. Somehow the owners managed to design a home where every bedroom and every window in the living areas all look at the ocean. Cannot say enough about the beauty of this home and location. I want to move here! We will be back."
