The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the train station. We were in Ovar for the Spring Carnival which venue is also walkable from the hotel. We liked the quiet neighborhood and good breakfast. The facilities are a bit dated but are in decent condition, They don’t provide water kettles so if you love a cup of tea, you may need to figure out something.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. However, the rooms need major updating. We found leaky faucets and missing lights and the furniture hasn't been changed in years. No safes in the rooms

Adequate place to sleep, but poor services: WiFi did not work in the room, glaring 6000k LEDs in the room were annoying, btoken electrical fixtures, watery pale yellow liquid instead of orange juice at breakfast, staff friendly but generally unavailable. Hotel felt worn / tired. But it was clean and adequate to sleep overnight, which was all I needed.

The restaurant is a bit of a scam … there is no price and you end up being charged for things you either didn’t eat or didn’t know was charged … this is very dishonest … never seen that in any other hotel in Portugal during my stay … shady !!!

Tercer año consecutivo, decepción total.De nuevo problemas con la reserva, teniendo confirmación del hotel.El día antes de ir , media hora al teléfono para solucionarlo.Nada más llegar, siguiente sorpresa.El párking del hotel tiene un precio de 13€ noche, la página web del Hotel pone GRATIS,como años anteriores ,les informo, se disculpan pero siguen cobrando al resto de huéspedes (presunto fraude?).Sigo sin poder hablar con la directora. 14 noches, es más vengo sin saber su nombre. Cuidado con Catherina chica de recepción, con su bonita sonrisa,en cuanto pides hablar con la directora,o tienes una discrepancia,como la reserva te manda a tomar la medicación (insólito). Jamás en mis años de viajes di con una persona con tan poca educación.Los costes de cafetería tampoco coinciden con la lista de precios que tienen allí mismo.Haciendo un simil,este hotel es un barco que se hunde y las primeras "ratilllas"en abandonarlo será la gerencia. Por otro lado, no quiero olvidarme de los grandísimos trabajadores con una exquisita calidad humana, desde la chica de los desayunos, las que hacen las habitaciones, los camareros de cafetería, Nina, Inés, Ricardo, personal para TODO.Ellos hacen que ese Hotel siga a flote.

Bien mais ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles

L’accueil a été nickel très bien, par contre l’hôtel en lui même surtout les chambres sont très vielles comme les mobiliers. La piscine est très bien exposé au soleil en face du bar mais très sale remplie d’insectes etc. Le bar est sympa mais on a du attendre 10 minutes pour que quelqu’un arrive pour nous servir .. le petit dej était bien

Pour cette fois MOYEN !!

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à l’hôtel demi-lune la première fois j’ai eu une très belle chambre avec un grand lit , cette fois pourtant j’avais bien pris un grand lit ou deux lits jumeaux ça n’a pas été le cas, j’ai trouvé que la chambre ça faisait un peu trop vieillot! Par contre, le personnel est toujours aussi sympa et super accueil !!

Exmos. Senhores, Tenho a referir como muito positivo o facto de toda a Equipa estar virada e preocupada com o cliente, o que me levou a dar uma cçassificação entre o satisfatório e o agradável. Entendo que o hotel tem imenso potencial, mas o calcanhar de Aquiles está na manutenção das instalações. Apostem nisto, façam um planeamento de manutenção de modo a manterem nas melhores condiçóes o que existe e puderem ir melhorando a pouco a pouco (de forma planeada) as diversas zonas do hotel. Posso ajudar nisso se assim o entenderem. Ah, e comecem a manutenção do interior para o exterior... se o fizerem os clientes percebem e voltam... tal como eu farei questáo de sempre que se justifique voltar a ficar aí e voltar a tecer comentários que entendo como construtivos. exclusivement pour les groupes

c'est un hôtel exclusivement pour les groupes voyageants en bus. Le temps de notre séjour de 7 jours a n'a pas été du repos car les differents groupes qui se sont succédés ont été très bruyants jusque tard le soir. de plus le personnel est tout le temps en train de changer la configuration des tables de la salle à manger en trainant sur le sol les tables et les chaises. L'eau de la piscine ne semble pas propre Sinon, le personnel a été très sympa!

Hotel antigo e simples, não espere muita cosia, o suficiente para passar uma noite, mas não para muitas noites, pequeno-almoço bem simples e modesto. Resumindo para ficar poucos dias, até dá jeito, mas se precisar de uma estadia alongada, é melhor buscar outra opção.

Péssimo.

Hotel exterior a necessitar de pintura e obras. Quarto com mobília antiga, tomadas algumas partidas, casa de banho antiga mau escoamento e banheira com cortina algo desactualizado. Vidros espelhos e cadeiras sujas e falta de limpeza no quarto. Varanda suja e mesas e cadeira da varanda encardidas e escuras. Pequeno almoço muito fraco e muito pouca escolha de produtos e devolvemos 2 chávenas que estavam muito sujas no interior. Elevador dizia sempre em manutenção com um papel colado.
