"The cabin was not clean when our party arrived - it made for a stressful evening getting pictures sent to the host, and coordinating when someone could get in and clean the cabin. Floors were not vacuumed, bathrooms were not clean, trashcan was half full and towels were still in the washer/dryer. The heat in the cabin was also not working and it was 58 degrees inside. The host, Kim, was quick and easy to connect with, and after sharing photos with her, she contacted her cleaning crew and was able to get them in the next day in the morning. She also refunded our cleaning fee. The cabin had the space we needed for everyone to have their own bedroom, which was nice."
