"Our stay was barely tolerable and fell far short of acceptable standards.The communication issues began immediately; despite our requests, check-in instructions were not provided until after 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, the house was in poor condition. The kitchen was dirty, including the dishes and a filthy stove top. Since we traveled to Show Low specifically to prepare meals for a football camp, a functional kitchen was a necessity. Unfortunately, the stove is broken and the breaker was turned off,...
