Our house is centrally located near the highways about a mile away and the popular downtown Overland Park. It is a complete private home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, double car garage and large fenced in yard with a large deck that has a Weber grill. We have worked with a decorator to make it up to date and beautiful. The kitchen features new GE appliances and a laundry area off the dining area. The living area has vaulted ceilings with a glass fireplace and large smart tv above. The master bedroom features a king bed with a pillow top mattress and memory gel for comfort. Also has a master shower and bath within the master bedroom. Has a 43" Smart Tv. The second bedroom features a pillow top mattress queen bed and also has it's own 43" tv. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Plus we have a small desk in the closet for someone that needs to work privately in that room
The Farley house has a double car garage plus an extra play area downstairs for the kids with a older pool table. They can practice their pool playing moves as it needs to be refelt. We haven't decided if this isn't more perfect for the younger ones for now or refelt it or the older adults/kids that would treat it nicer.

We are a half block from the Strang Park which is historical as well as a great park. The park was newly renovated that has Overland Park's first inclusive playground. Features to the amazing park are a 30 foot tower and slide, sensory tunnel, climbing cargo nets, in-ground trampolines and a separate toddler playground area.

We are a block from the central library in Johnson County so if you would like to rent movies or books for free, all you need is a valid ID and you can rent them out.

-10 miles to the Plaza

Please note: We have a ring doorbell that does record at the front door and also another camera above the garage doors that does record. We only use it for safety since we do not live there. We do not use it to spy on our guests. We will use it if we have a concern the way the house was left.
We are taking extra steps to sanitize and disinfect our homes by washing everything in hot water and wiping down everything that is touched that we know of with lysol wipes and disinfectant. Clorox has become our new best friend.

We own four other properties: 797896 in Mission, our little bungalow 1827582 in Merriam, our newest one in Shawnee (2066285) and also one on the beach in Ft Walton Beach, FL.

Great updated house

Had our family of 4 stay 12 nights, waiting for our house to be ready, as we are just moving into the area. This house provided great rooms for everyone and the house was very well updated. The pictures online actually do not show it as nice as it actually is. The host was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen had all the stuff you need for a longer stay and great appliances. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was nice. The backyard patio is the best part. There is a park close, but you have to cross a busy street. The living area is up on top and you have to climb a fair amount of stairs to get there. If you have trouble with stairs, I would suggest you find another place. Otherwise, it was clean and nice.

Clean and comfortable space

we were very happy with our stay at this property. we were in town for a competition held at the convention center. it was a convenient 10 minute drive from the house to the convention center. The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to easily make meals. The park just up the block is very nice for walks and looked to have a fabulous playground for kids. Host was responsive and friendly. Overall, great property and would definitely recommend.

Relaxing stay near 1st Class Park/Playground in Overland Park

Communications with host was excellent. We added a day to the front end of our visit due to hazardous weather travel and we were quickly accommodated for an easy midnight arrival. Home also has a basement which is always nice to have, but can be essential in addition to creating peace of mind during tornado alerts/watches. The home had very helpful info in an easily located binder. TV, trash/recycling, check-out, communications. Also utilized the main level laundry and the spacious garage with (2) door openers. The back yard has a nice deck for listening to birds singing and watching the squirrels playing while enjoying morning coffee. The yard is also fenced. The 1 1/2 block walk up the hill to the incredible park/playground really enhances this home’s location. It is an all-inclusive park and you can see and feel the difference. We met our daughter’s family there a few times during our stay. Something for all ages and ranges of abilities. Many families present, yet still plenty of space and very friendly. Please note, although the park does allow dogs, the separately gated play area does not permit dogs in that space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would re-book here again.

Terrific Stay!

The property felt like home. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds and linens were amazing and the cookware was high quality. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint with families walking their dogs and pushing strollers. It was the perfect stay for our trip and if we are in the area again we will certainly book again.

Overall we loved this home and the beautiful neighborhood. The only small downside is that the one bedroom didn’t have a tv, or fan and the bed was on the smaller side. But overall it was a great home and would tell friends or family to stay there if they came to the area!
