They put me in room 219 and there is a very loud exhaust that runs all night. The Bathroom door looked like the bathroom flooded and the bottom of the door was swollen and probably holding horrible bacteria. I get that it’s old but that door should have been changed.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Hermitage Hotel. The staff was amazing, each and every one of them! The room was beautiful and impeccably clean as was the rest of the hotel. The history and location were also amazing. We would most definitely stay here again. This is definitely a +5 star hotel.
