Villa Romeo welcomes you in Asturias, a luxurious 300 m² holiday home for up to 8 guests, with spectacular mountain views.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
You will also find a garden ideal for relaxation and unwinding, as well as both covered and uncovered terraces.
The outdoor pool, for your private use, measures 3 m in diameter and 1.20 m in depth, and is available from June 15th to September 15th.
The property offers enough space to park several cars, both in the garage and in the entrance area.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house.
You will also find a well-equipped gym, a ping-pong table, and a children's playground.
Up to 2 pets are allowed, but smoking and events are not permitted on the property.
Located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes from Oviedo, the villa offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city.
A cot is available on request and for an extra charge.
