Perfect place for a holiday in Oviedo!

We had a warm welcome from Carmens husband and her son, who's English is excellent.The apartment is great, with a large terrace outside, in a perfect street. Many bars and restaurants when you walk out the front door of the building. Because the apartment is on the 6th floor you hardly hear any noise from the street.

Outstanding in Oviedo

This condo is wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, was well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is vibrant with many restaurants to enjoy (we liked the Mona Lisa for a late night drink). You can walk to anywhere in the city. The best part of the condo though….. the owners! They met us, helped us park, brought up our luggage, made sure we were comfortable and happy. Incredible service. If you are looking for a great place in Oviedo, you found it!

We liked everything at the property. It is centrally located and the streetwhere the property is located is full of restaurants and cafeterias. You can walk to most of the interesting places. We rented a car and the parking space was safe and near the property. The owners waited for us and gave information about interesting places to visit and eat.

Great location and nice apartment

This was a great place for us to stay to explore Oviedo. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a great terrace. The street is lively with many restaurants but the apartment is still quiet. Carmen sent her husband and son to meet us at the train station (which is very close by) and help us get to the apartment.

Central Convenient and Comfortable!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Oviedo on our way from Santiago de Compostela to San Sebastián! We chose Oviedo as the historical center of Asturias with 6 UNESCO Heritage sites and for the regional food! Carmen was very communicative and greeted us exactly outside the parking garage escorting us to the Apartment and showing us everything! The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with even fresh milk in the fridge! The balcony is large and receives so much sun in the afternoon. There are many restaurants nearby and walking to the Old Town was easy. The information provided about typical local dishes helped us choose at the many restaurants in the town! Highly recommend!

Mooi gelegen groot appartement in het centrum van Oviedo. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats in een afgesloten parkeergarage bij hoorde.Gastvrij ontvangst door de eigenaren.Gelegen aan de “ wijnroute”; diverse bars en restaurants in de straat. Geen last gehad van geluidshinder ook al was het erg druk in de straat.Inrichting is enigszins gedateerd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.Alle touristische attracties zijn op loopafstand. Er zijn 2 supermarkten in de buurt.

Carmen geeft vooraf goede en duidelijke informatie. Haar man en zoon waren erg behulpzaam bij het overbrengen van de bagage van de parkeergarage naar het appartement. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Een prima locatie om Oviedo en omgeving te bezoeken.

Todo perfecto

El apartamento esta perfecto para pasar unos dias visitando Asturias. Muy limpio, acogedor, decorado con muy buen gusto y la ubicacion inmejorable. Es un acierto lo del garaje al ser una zona centrica y con poco aparcamiento cerca. Los afitriones muy atentos y super amables. Totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos, por supuesto, repetiremos.

Muy cómodo y acogedor, tal como leí antes de alquilar, los comentarios se quedan cortos con la descripción del apartamento. El emplazamiento es ideal cerca del centro histórico y en la misma ruta del vino, calle donde se encuentran restaurantes y sidrerias donde comer bien y economico. Carmen y su marido son encantadores a más no poder, sin duda volveremos a pasar nuestras próximas vacaciones en su apartamento. Gracias por todo Carmen.

Very Sweet Owner

We enjoyed our stay in Oviedo. The owner was very attentive when we checked in as well as patient and kind with our lack of Spanish. The apartment was an intriguing throwback to a more relaxed time and place. The neighborhood was fantastic with restaurants and bars throughout the area BUT it was a quiet location at night as well.

Ático ideal

El ático está en muy buena zona para poder disfrutar del centro de Oviedo a pie. Tiene de todo y los propietarios son muy atentos en la bienvenida. Hemos estado muy agusto con nuestras hijas adolescentes.

Perfecto para una estancia en Oviedo

La casa es muy cómoda, nosotros hemos estado en Enero y la calefacción era muy confortable. La plaza de garaje es ideal porque está en el centro y te hace muy cómoda la estancia. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Mejor imposible

Es uno de los sitios donde mejor hemos estado, relación calidad precio, la atención de los dueños increíble, atentos en todo momento y si necesitas algo ahí están para ayudar, sin duda volvería y es más, ya estamos pensando en el próximo viaje al mismo apartamento.

Appartement au top (6è étage) avec terrasse en plein quartier piéton, à proximité de tout commerce, garage privé à proximité, appréciable quand on est en pleine ville.
