In 15 minutes or less from this respite, Owensboro shares the breathtaking Ohio Riverfront, Smothers Park, Bluegrass Museum, Racing/Gaming, Windy Hollow Biscuit House, Sports Center, Brew Bridge, and Moonlight Barbecue!
    1. Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the premises.
    2. No pets allowed.
    3. Parking fee of 40.00 per week if you want to use the garage during the stay. Only small or midsize cars will fit.
    4. House rules and check out instructions are posted on the refrigerator.
    5. `Guests Stays longer than 14 days are subject to a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $100.00 every 14 days.
