Comfortable 2-room holiday apartment (70 sqm) centrally located in the heart of Owingen on Lake Constance in Baden-Württemberg, just 6 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, cosy living room with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, tile floors, large terrace with a grill, free parking, Wi-Fi, and a covered, lockable bike storage area. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is located on the ground floor but is not wheelchair accessible and has a few steps. You’ll be staying in a central location in the heart of town. Within 50 to 100 metres, you’ll find a bus stop, bakery, supermarket, butcher shop, pastry shop, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, a restaurant, a green park with a playground, and an EV charging station. Enjoy a lovely atmosphere with sustainable amenities in our beautiful Lake Constance home. Owingen is located near Lake Constance and offers excellent amenities with everything you need for daily life. Beautiful hiking trails surround the village, along with peaceful forests and well-maintained bike paths leading all the way to Lake Constance. All popular destinations around Lake Constance and the beautiful hinterland of the Lake Constance region are easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle, or on hiking trails. Families with children are warmly welcome. In addition to the room rate, a mandatory tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per day applies to guests aged 15 and older. Included in the price are bed linens, table linens, towels, utilities, final cleaning, the “Echt-Bodensee-Card,” and a public transport ticket. The apartment is not suitable for construction workers. Minors may only be accommodated if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Long-term stays exceeding 3 weeks are not accepted. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not permitted.
