Fabulous condo in a gated community within walking distance to Ole Miss campus. This condo is located in Edinburgh Place. Totally Renovated with 2 bedrooms 2 and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and a queen size bed. The sleeping areas are fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries etc.. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

The den is equipped with a sleeper sofa that could accommodate two additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen ware to create meals and dinnerware to enjoy them. The back patio offers a quant sitting area with a chef size gas grill. Perfect for a glass of wine after day of activities.

The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer should it be needed.

This condo has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, cabinets, surfaces etc...

The property was perfect for a football weekend. It was an easy walk to campus. We also walked to the Square, though that was a little longer. We thought the property was very clean and had everything we needed.

Softball at M Trade Park
Our family stayed at this wonderful condo while my daughter played in a multi-day softball tournament in Oxford. The location was perfect. Less than 6 minutes from the complex and traffic was a breeze being off the main drag. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because the shower knobs in the upstairs bath are in need of changing. We've all had those combo knobs that allow mold to grow. This isn't a huge deal, but a small detail that needs correcting. 9/10 for this rental. You will not be disappointed! Cheers!
