Charming Summer + Fall Football Rental - Near Square & Ole Miss Camp

Located on Pine Needle Road, this charming house could not be more perfect for a fall/football weekend in Oxford. Located just off Highway 7 and down the street from North Lamar Blvd., it is a one minute drive from the intersection of Molly Barr Road and North Lamar Blvd. It is about a five minute drive to the historic Oxford Square and the University of Mississippi campus. (For driving directions, please use 3 County Road 2015, Oxford, MS, 38655 into your GPS.)

This spacious ranch style home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths with hardwood floors and granite counters throughout the house. The kitchen, outdoor patio/grill, and dining area offer everything needed for entertaining. The spacious layout of this home comfortably fits seven people and up to 12 using the two couches and extra space for blow-up mattress in the study.

This rental property has wireless internet, HD TV (including DVR) in living room and master bedroom, a covered patio and grill, garage and plenty of parking for several cars in the circle drive.

The house is about a two minute drive to Lamar Lounge on North Lamar and about a four minute drive to the Mid-Town Shopping Center area which has several restaurant options including: Big Bad Breakfast, Snackbar, Volta, and Handy Andy's. There's also antique shopping, a farmer's market every Saturday (from May through September), and Southern Star Yoga Studio.

This house rental is available for all Ole Miss football weekends in fall 2015. The rental fee depends on the game weekend. Please email, call or text for more information.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We came in town with friends to visit our student and enjoy the game. The house was spacious and everything was so clean. We had a great breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast, enjoyed shopping on The Square and tailgating in The Grove. We will definitely try to stay here in the future! We loved the back porch area, the interior design, and simplicity of the house. Just perfect.

Perfect for Football weekend

We had 8 people and this home was the perfect size. We cooked in rather than fight the crowds on the square and everything we needed was in the kitchen. We were not familiar with this part of Oxford so some instructions on the closest grocery store or liquor store would have been helpful.

Great spot for and Ole Miss weekend

Perfect property for an extended family in town for an Ole Miss game. Great location, close but not too close to the square and campus. Great living space and comfortable beds. Everything I was hoping for and helped us have a memorable weekend.

Hidden gem

Perfect property for a football weekend in Oxford. House has 4 bedrooms with full size beds or larger that were very comfortable. Nice size living room with large television. Bathrooms are clean and the right size. If it had been a little warmer, we would have spent time in the large backyard as well. Definitely recommend!

Nikki and Stuart have a great house. They were wonderful hosts. Their instructions were clear, the property was amazing, a super quick ride to downtown Oxford. We had a fantastic weekend.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable

This home works perfectly for a stay during game weekends as it is only minutes from the Grove. We found the house to be spacious and very clean and we were very comfortable there. The hosts were very accommodating as well.

Great Location! Very comfortable!

This home is very quaint and comfortable...it's location is ideal for easy trip into the square or to games. Kitchen was very well equipped and the backyard and surrounding area is very peaceful and nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
