Great Condo on North Lamar Blvd near The Square and Ole Miss

  • Construction of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was completed in the fall of 2015. Located just a 10 minute stroll down North Lamar Boulevard to the historic Oxford Square, the unit is located across the street from restaurants Big Bad Breakfast, Snack Bar, Jinsei, Neon Pig, and is adjacent to Volta. The beautiful Ole Miss campus is located just one mile away.

    This upstairs unit has a large open living , kitchen, and dining area with travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a 48" TV and a balcony with table and chairs is located off the dining area.

    Each bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and dedicated bathroom. Baths granite vanity tops, and cast iron tubs with travertine surrounds.

Fantastic stay!

We love this place! It’s the perfect gem in Oxford. Great location, beautiful inside and owner has all the amenities prepared for the perfect stay. This is our go to for Oxford visits.

We loved our stay at 720! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. David was also helpful with issues I had with VRBO and my reservation. Would love to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This condo was perfectly clean, the furnishings were comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything one needs for a stay away from home. The condo is tucked back behind some commercial buildings, but it was quiet and we felt safe.

Awesome Location and Great Condo

We have stayed in this condo in the past and always have a great stay. The location is amazing - right next door to Volta and an easy walk to the Square. The condo itself is nicely decorated, very well stocked with everything you could need (including great snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine) and the beds are super comfy. My favorite place in Oxford!

Ole Miss football game

First time back in Oxford in 10 years, first time with a football crazed 10 year old. Fantastic location, clean, welcoming, no one wanted to leave. Perfect location for a great memory.
