OXFORD MS Central Location - AND COMFORTS OF HOME - New on Rental Market!
- Less than a half mile from the Ole Miss campus, this Edinburgh Place Townhome is newly painted, redecorated & furnished in the heart of Oxford MS. Downstairs enjoy a den with flat screen tv, cable and wifi, comfy sofa & chairs, a half bath, eat-in kitchen, full-sized laundry and outdoor patio area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, spacious closet and a private bath with a tub/shower. Linens and towels are provided for "in house use" - please bring your own pool towels if you plan to use the community pool. The home sleeps 4-5 people comfortably and is in a safe, gated community, conveniently located for shopping and dining. The townhouse is smoke and pet free (no exceptions).
