Space, Comfort, Convenience! 4 bed/4.5 bath single level home. Extra large living area for your family & friends to enjoy game weekends & other events. Huge open concept w/ large bedrooms, each w/private bath. A mile and a half to the Grove & Square w/ bus service to both. So close to attend all events Oxford. Premium sports package TV to enjoy from the couch. Sunset views from the back patio. Amenities include pools, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, walking trails, gym, BBQ and fire pit.
The space
Single level home with small outdoor seating area, and large front porch. Front and Back entrances. Parking is in the back for 4 cars and at the end of the street for additional parking. 4 bedrooms & 4 1/2 bathrooms. Dining room table for 8 and kitchen peninsula bar seating for 4. Spacious but cozy TV area for watching sporting events. Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen Bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen beds. Queen blow up mattress avail. 3 bathrooms with tubs and 1 with walk in shower. Open concept living space large enough for all of your family and friends to enjoy comfortably.
