For more than thirty years, this home has quietly witnessed life's most meaningful moments. When the owners made it their home in 1991, they never imagined how many treasured memories would unfold within these walls. Today, they consider it a privilege to share their beloved Oxford Haven with guests who come to experience one of the South's most charming college towns. They only ask that you enjoy their home as your own and leave it as you found it so future guests can experience the same warm welcome and comfort.

The University of Mississippi, The Grove, Rowan Oak, sporting events, concerts, and campus activities are all just minutes away, making this an ideal location for football weekends, graduation, orientation, alumni reunions, weddings, and family visits.

Two separate living areas provide plenty of room to spread out, to watch the game together, enjoy conversations, play games, curl up with a favorite book, or simply relax after a day exploring Oxford. The comfortable dining area brings everyone together for meals, board games, and conversations that often become the favorite memories of a weekend away.

Music lovers will appreciate the piano, while the dedicated library/office and puzzle room offers a quiet retreat for reading, working remotely, or working a favorite puzzle with family. These are the moments vacations are remembered for.

THE HEART OF A HOME - Every family has one room where life seems to happen naturally. For this home, it has always been the kitchen. Its style reflects decades of family meals, holiday baking, favorite recipes, and conversations that began over morning coffee and somehow lasted until bedtime.

Today, guests will find everything needed to prepare breakfast before heading to campus, enjoy lunch between Oxford adventures, or gather for dinner after cheering on the Rebels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, serving pieces, dishes, coffee essentials, generous workspace, and everything needed to comfortably prepare meals throughout your stay. Sometimes the most memorable kitchens aren't the newest ones. They're the ones filled with stories.

REST EASY - Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, the home offers three inviting bedrooms and three full bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy time together while still having plenty of personal space.

The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day and features a recently purchased Beautyrest Silver queen mattress, The recently renovated ensuite bathroom features double vanities, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and plenty of space to prepare for the day ahead.

Two additional guest bedrooms each feature comfortable full-size beds with quality Sealy mattresses. The Stargazer Room offers whimsical celestial décor, while the Wonderland Room features a charming Alice in Wonderland theme that children especially enjoy.

A second recently renovated full bathroom is conveniently located between the guest bedrooms and features a tub/shower combination—ideal for both adults and families traveling with children. An additional bathroom near the front living area and laundry room includes a convenient corner walk-in shower, providing extra flexibility and making it easy for everyone to prepare comfortably for the day ahead. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and thoughtful amenities are provided in each bathroom to help guests feel at home.

Guest comfort remains a priority throughout the home. Every mattress is enclosed in premium zippered protectors, fresh linens, blankets, and bedspreads are laundered between every stay, and multiple pillow firmness options are provided to help each guest find the perfect night's sleep. If you're traveling with children, a comfortable twin folding cot is available upon request for families who would appreciate a little extra sleeping flexibility.

WHERE THE GARDEN BECOMES PART OF THE EXPERIENCE - Step onto the back deck and you'll quickly understand why the owners love this space. Mature apple, oak, poplar, sweet gum, and flowering trees surround the gardens, creating a peaceful backdrop throughout every season while welcoming songbirds that often become part of your morning coffee routine.

Enjoy breakfast beneath the trees. Read a book in the afternoon shade. Sip a glass of wine as the sun begins to set. Or simply listen. Although you're only minutes from Oxford's lively Square, the backyard offers a quiet refuge that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.
