"Had 2 rooms, one was okay but the other reeked of stale smoke. I realise years of smoking clings to walls, floors etc but maybe some neutralising odour spray would be useful. Not nice from a non-smoking family. No elevator so if you don't like dragging your suitcase up a flight of stairs then ask for a ground level room! My key didn't work for the pool however staff were helpful with solving that. Pool towels from reception are old, thin and small and contradicting information in the pool room says to leave your towel there but reception told us to return otherwise we would get charged a fee. Didn't enjoy the on-site restaurant, didn't even have a license to sell alcohol but said it was due next week, music too loud but great genre. Buffet breakfast was better and the cheerful staff member was great."

"This was a great place to stay! We were hoping to explore lots of different stuff in the area and the location was great for going lots of different places. PEI, Hopewell Rocks, and other awesome beautiful spots are within a reasonable drive, and, as we discovered, the Tidnish river which can be accessed by the trails out back was a lovely site to see in its own right. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more."

"Endroit magnifique. Nous avons loué le studio et c'est très grand. Il faisait très chaud quand nous y étions et l'accès à la rivière est apprécié. C'est magnifique. Suggestion de mettre une étagère afin de ranger nos provisions, Nous avons bien profité du SPA. Endroit très paisible pour s'y déposer, mais dépendamment des voyageurs dans le logement du haut, ça peut devenir assez bruyant."

"The host is incredible friendly and kind. Really enjoys getting to meet the people staying there. Would it be nice to have my own bathroom and kitchen, rather than a shared one, yes it would. However, for the price, this place is a very good and sharing a bathroom and kitchen is definitely manageable. Overall, I left feeling like I was staying at a relatives who I haven't seen in a while."

"Extremely nice, quiet, and homey. Would definitely recommend staying here. The ski resort is walking distance, hot tub is great, even has a washer and dryer. Only heads up -- stairs are narrow and semi-steep, but those weren't an issue for us. We'd stay here again"

"I have no complaints about my stay at Angevine Lake. It was a lovely little cottage that had everything we needed. But the highlight by far was the beautiful lake waterfront! The dock and supplied canoe and kayak were great for accessing the lake! The lake was quiet and the property was private - it was perfect!Communication with the host was easy. Check in/out was effortless. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!"
