Room was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit lacking but room served its purpose for my one night stay. Would come back again next time I am in Kemptville.

Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel
Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast wasn’t horrible. Suggestion, train your staff on customer service. Most were not very friendly and spoke extremely quiet.
