"Everything is always good when I stay"

"Room service knocked on my door, entered my room and woke me up at 9 am. Then later she knocked on my door exactly at 11am just to get me out of the room. I was ready to leave and was just about to walk out anyways, but I felt like i was being ran out of my room. Very frustrating! I have insomnia and was up most of the night, so being woke up at 9 for no reason was upsetting. Also, Ice machine was broke on my floor so i had to go to a different floor for ice. Other than that stay was as expected. "

"We reserved room for 3 nights.First day only had 1 towel in room.Asked for more towels, they gave us a hard time.Then next morning, found roaches crawling on our food.Was gross! We canceled next 2 nights and per hotel policy would only refund one night.Would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Hot breakfast was good. AC was very good and the bed was awesome."

"Clean room was excellent, the kids loved the pool. All staff were wonderful."

"The room wasn't clean. Cigarette burns on the bedding and bath. Paint splatter everywhere. Bathtub and toilet stained. Cracks everywhere. In general it looks like it is falling apart."

"The hotel is showing some age. The rooms need painting, especially the bathrooms!!! Don't know how the beds are suppose to feel but they were pretty soft, as if wore out. This was my first time to stay at a Candlewood Suites. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience , but it does need some attention!"
