"The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. "The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators "
