Walk to the beach. Nice hottub. Well apportioned furniture, some older items. Has everything you need in an apartment. Tiffany was great, easy to work with in setting up the booking, responsive to our needs and very likable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was a nice, affordable 2 story two bedroom condo with a parking space. It was clean and quiet. The bedroom allowed too much outside light to filter through the blinds, and blackout curtains would have been a welcome addition, but other than that it was a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Channel Island Shores. We were surprised how roomy the accommodations were for a one bed room. The location near the beach was Ideal. The lady, Tiffany, at the desk was polite and informative.

Lamps, dressers,bed frames,blinds window sills, above bed frame, and many more areas where very dusty needs new dishes some have rust. I have stayed at this location different rooms and it has always been clean this time it was very dusty

Good stay. Units are a bit aged and could use updating. Great location near the beach. Parking was not a problem at all. Overall a good stay.

A nice getaway!
The weather was amazing. The spot was gorgeous. Everything was clean ,great to know they had metal utensils, pots, and pans and plateware so you didn’t have to bring extra. The neighborhood was nice and quiet enough for you to enjoy the amazing views by the beach and the staff is very nice.

1. We were locked out of our room the first evening. Went and called the number on the door, got a phone tree, stayed on hold for 13 minutes, tried calling again. The property manager poked her head out the window only because she heard us trying to get in. She was very nice and quick to resolve the issue. 2. We had a hot tub - it was not pictured on the website, nor were we prepared to get it in. It was nice and clean. 3. We had a $25 a day "resort fee" - not sure for what-- maybe the free popsicles they handed out one afternoon at 2? 4. The towels for this "resort" looked and felt like old pool towels from Motel 6. The coffee pot was not clean, there was no dish detergent for the dishwasher, the remote did not work in one of the bedrooms. 5. NO housekeeping at all. We were there three nights.

Loved having washing machine and dryer access. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice to have personal hottub. Hot tub setting could have been warmer. The dishwasher did not seem to work when i was trying to clean up befor checkout. My room was not ready at 4:00 when I arrived at check in so I had to do other things, but I was allowed to check out a little later. All in all would stay agin

Comfortable. Minor improvements would be softer towels and hangers for clothes. Appliances are on the old side and make a lot of noise. But very convenient to beach and Channel Islands National Park.

Clean and Comfortable but Pay Attention to Parking
We arrived after office was closed but got clear instructions to pick up our room key. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Park your car on the designated space and not on the street, also pay attention to the parking signs, otherwise, you might get citation.
