Within the Dawn Beach Club at Sint Maarten (Saint Martin), we offer you this 1800 fq ft suite located on the seafront, not overlooked, on a private beach with direct access to the coral reef.
Enjoy the JW Marriott Resort's magnificent swimming pool, sun loungers, Swim-up pool bar, restaurants and SPA.
The Dawn Beach Club residence offers a wide range of included services such as BBQ areas, a fitness centre, a concierge service, free Wi-Fi, etc...
Access to the residence is secure 24/7. You can park your car safety.
The suite offers a living area comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the ocean (not overlooked).
The sleeping areas consist exclusively of king-size beds:
- A master bed room with ocean views, a study, a large dressing room, a dressing table, a large bathroom with separate toilet.
- Two large bedrooms, each with its own dressing room, and a large shared bathroom with toilet.
- You can accommodate two extra people on the sofa bed (Queen Size).
All these areas are equipped with 4K TV screens.
All linen is provided, so there's no need to bring your own towels, bath towels or beach towels!
Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
The Dawn Beach Club concierge will take care of you by providing daily garbage removale and cleaning your suite every Wednesday.
Bookinks are made from Saturday to Saturday only for a period of 1 to 5 weeks. Rates may vary according to the rental period.
