Our beautiful beachfront apartment at the JW Marriott, St Maarten, is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing week in luxury accommodation, a stunning beach with spectacular views across the bay and everything you need close at hand.

The Dawn Beach Club is connected to the new JW Marriott, the only JW Marriott Hotel in all of the Caribbean! You can enjoy all the facilities the resort has to offer and soak up the culture of this unique and interesting Caribbean island. Being half Dutch and half French, there is plenty to explore. You will find exceptional cuisine ranging from great local street food to fine dining restaurants, including Michelin starred.

The apartment:
Located directly on the beachfront, with unobstructed views of the beach and out to sea and next to one of two swimming pools, one with a swim-up bar, there is plenty of choice for spending time in the sun.

The spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can accommodate 6-8 people and has a private balcony from which you can watch the spectacular sunrises. There is plenty of living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer and tumble drier. All is beautifully decorated with modern fittings and accessories.

There is a lift as well as stairs, air conditioning and wi-fi, all included. In addition you can use all the amazing facilities of the JW Marriott, including state of the art fitness centre, spa, deli, renowned restaurants and cookery school.
