"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). "The room was great. Clean, modern and everything you'd need or want. Was very happy with the hotel stay. The restaurant, however, was not so great for dinner. Long wait, food was a bit disappointing in quality. Breakfast, though...very good with lots of choices. "

"Room was very modern and cool. We had a beautiful partial Mountain View. It was very small however, so be aware of that. There was a sauna and a steam room, which was great. Also a free club room with snacks and drinks. Parking lot was very close. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again…but maybe upgrade to a bigger room. Loved it!"

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"
