"The room was very clean. No table to eat at. Thr air in tge room dudnt work well. Found out at check out that a bix fan coukd have been given to us. "

"The room was clean, if bits of it were a bit dated. The beds were too soft for my taste, but were fine. The breakfast was sufficient, if not plentiful. The one snag we had was that we asked at check-in where the safest place in the hotel would be if the tornado sirens went off, but neither staff member knew, which seemed odd for southern Missouri in March. We scoped it out ourselves and found that the stairwell on the north side would work -- and I'm glad we did because, sure enough, at 11:40pm the tornado sirens went off and we spent 20 minutes in the stairwell waiting for the weather to clear. (Alone, so I'm not sure what everyone else was doing.) Staff should know this -- and should probably have been telling other guests what the plan for bad weather was when bad weather is predicted."

"We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff. We did not enjoy the cockroach’s in our room Room service never brung us clean towels or a trash bag like requested. I even went to the door in hall by elevator and knocked and still nothing. The restaurant was shut down and so was the old Photo Booth. We booked this place for those amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy "
