University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Springfield
6/10 Okay
"The property was nice. The room was clean, but the hotel rooms are definitely dated and the bathrooms could use an upgrade or just better repairs. We also arrived after 5 and were told our rooms were not ready and they would call us when they were. We had no where to go, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour before we actually got our room. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious, but they had one waitress, but she was awesome and she did her best. For our troubles they did give us breakfast vouchers and the breakfast was good. Not sure I would stay here again, honestly after traveling all day, we just wanted to relax but had to sit in the lobby. I won't chance that again, especially showing up an hour after check in time. Thousand Hills Resort Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean rooms. Staff made sure we got a table for breakfest that helped suit oyr needs with a disabled kid in a wheelchair. "

Best Western Coach House
6/10 Okay
"Floor coming up on first toom, tripping hazard. Staff were polite and immediately moved us but did allow another person to stay. Ut was c right next door so obvious. They were booked up so assume moved us and gave a later arrival the room. Bathroom floor needed swept or maybe wind blew in from drive. Tub, toilet and sink were clean. Beds were absolutely fine. Room had been smoked in, which I noticed immediately, being sensitive to it but even my husband noticed it. We had a room deodorizer spray so that handled it. Bottom of doors were a liitle ragged. We had stayed in another Best Western on a previous visit and this one was not up to that standard. Staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast staff also great, friendly and kept food loaded. It was not horrible but we will choose the other Best Western if available next time. "

The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center
8/10 Good
"Room was clean........Breakfast food was good but eating area, tables, chairs, floor were very unclean due to people not picking up their food and throwing it away, etc. I know they are short handed."

"The staff was so incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean as well as the common area. The breakfast staff were phenomenal as they went out of their way even after closing time. A huge shout out to Latisha"

Grand Country Waterpark Resort

"Staff was very nice when checking in. Room nice and clean"

Bass Pro Shops Angler's Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Hot tub bubbles splashed in your face. Jets in the middle of the hot tub and not sides like normal, little small as well. Pool was nice. Could use more seating for guests. "

The Ozarker Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options.
We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"
