"Lets just start with the bad. The room smelled horrible. Luckily we had brought our own air purifier with us like we do for every hotel. There were no updated usb-c plug ins anywhere in the rooms. Very few outlets in the rooms. Had to unplug lamps to use power outlets. What kind of hotel in 2026 doesnt have usb-c outlets? The window coverings had stains all over them. We asked for ajoining rooms and apparently Expedia notes arent read by the hotel so we had to have rooms apart. The hotel didnt even try to do anything to fix it or accommodate us, but just made excuses instead. No free breakfast. They have a restaurant inside that is pricey, so we got our own breakfast. The good was the beds were comfortable enough for a good night sleep. The hotel was quiet and no teenagers running everywhere like other hotels. The location was good for our purposes. Pool and gym were decent even though some weights were missing. Other than that, not much else to say about the hotel. It was just an average stay. "

"The room felt dirty, I think mostly to the old outdated run down decor. The bathtub was dirty, it had dirt all over it, we had to clean it before using it. Floors were pretty dirty as well, my child spilt her water and when I wiped it up the napkin was black. Parking was horrible because we had to share a space and the people next to us parked so far over we could barely get in and out of our car. We also did not like how paper thin the walls were, we could hear the people next to us talking and snoring. I liked how big the room was and the screened in patio though. "

"We stayed the week before spring break and had an amazing stay. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options. We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"
