"I was not greeted by the staff when I checked in. I was not happy that the carpet was so outdated and had HUGE noticeable stains. It honestly looked like it was original carpet and maybe from the 70s. The curtain covering the patio door was also falling off the rod. The furniture and bathroom fixtures in the room were definitely dated, but functional. This place needs a major renovation. There were several cats roaming around the property as well. Just passing through for a quick overnight stay. I would not stay here again and did not even get to check out there continental breakfast."

"Highly recommend! Clean, looks recently updated, small but very nice room. Pillows SO comfortable I bought 2! Wonderful staff, decent continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe!"

"The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great. The room was great. Check in was a nightmare due to a lady named carol. I booked the room for my daughter calling ahead of time. To make sure she can have a late check in because she was driving across texas for her.To be turned away by carol and was literally sleeping in the parking lot.When I called her to see if she was in her hotel at four a m. After a twenty minute argument on the phone with miss carroll, my daughter was able to get into the room that I had already paid for. I feel that it would have been seamless. Ifcarol wouldn't have made it so difficult. In the end, she was apologetic and i've got my daughter into her room, but it shouldn't have had me having to call at four o'clock in the morning and continue to argue with this woman until she allowed my daughter in the room.It was ridiculous behavior."
