"We stayed a week as a group of 20+, across a bungalow, penthouse, and 3-bed property — a good cross-section of the resort. The Bungalow was exceptional. Service here stood out, and if budget allows, the roughly £700 premium is worth it. Note it requires a €740 refundable deposit, not mentioned at booking. Amenities were great for self-catering, and pre-stay booking communication was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, housekeeping for the penthouse (3 days/week) let the stay down. Cleaning staff were rude and made no accommodation for our 10-week-old baby — a request to adjust timing was dismissed as she "had to eat lunch," with no alternative offered. To their credit, reception was sympathetic once raised, and the manager agreed to a full day's refund plus a courtesy late checkout, which we appreciated. Smaller points: pool towels need a €10 deposit, and swapping for a clean one costs €1 (except in the bungalow). During our stay (Sept 2026), the penthouse aircon was inconsistent, and the bungalow's private pool was unheated with non-working jets. Overall: real strengths, especially the bungalow and amenities, let down by inconsistent housekeeping elsewhere. Management's response was fair and reassuring."

"Great spacious rooms. Nice and clean . Good wifi and good air conditioning. Self catering and self serviced so you clean and tidy your own room, empty your own bins etc. Saw the maid once for a change of towels. No safe in the room but felt safe as no-one enters it. Good pools, really quiet when we were there. A 20 to 25 mins walk to the bars and restaurants by the harbour . A 25 minute walk to the old town which is a must visit. But take the road opposite Cava kiosk supermarket. Breakfast/lunch and late fast food is available 5 minutes away at Tasty takeaway and cafe just up the main rd. Closest quality restaurant is Pambis which serves great food all day 9 mins walk away. This a great base if you dont mind walking and want a quiet break out of the school holidays"

"I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks. The staff are incredible and extremely helpful. Special shout out to Lege, Athina and Sandu! These staff in particular went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and well cared for daily. However, there are many other staff that worked so hard to ensure our needs were met. The common areas were always well cared for and clean. The staff works so hard early in the morning making sure you outside is ready for us before they even enter the rooms. Breakfast is fantastic, fresh with lots of variety. The restaurant was also perfect. Well priced, generous portion, cooked to order, and duper fresh. They were also willing to help out with any special dietary needs to the best of their ability. I love the fact that it was available all day so we could eat whenever we were ready. Special mention for their smoothies! Overall, I could not have picked a better place for my needs for these two weeks. Thank you so much Harmony Bay. Looking forward to seeing you guys again in January."
