Amabilidad, eficiencia, limpio, pet friendly

El servicio es excelente, amabilidad y disposición, Es una opción muy particular por estar muy cerca del centro de Pachuca por lo cual se pueden atender asuntos en la ciudad de manera rápida y por otra parte ofrece la tranquilidad y una vista privilegiada. Las instalaciones y la atención del personal fueron clave ya que durante mi viaje requería un lugar Pet friendly.

No es "Hotel Boutique"

Hotel muy sencillo. El servicio es bueno y la atención también. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Tiene el nombre de "Hotel boutique" pero muy lejos de una certificación que acredite ser eso. Uno se va con el nombre pero no esperen un Hotel de lujo! La verdad está un poco desbalanceado el costo/beneficio.

Es un hotel bonito pero muy descuidado en atención, en acceso, en instalaciones y parece motel por el tipo de huéspedes que aceptan, los ruidos durante la noche son muy desagradables, incluso obsenos, no es un lugar de descanso definitivamente

Real del Monte.

La estancia en general estuvo muy bien, probablemente por lo pequeño del hotel no promocionan paquetes de tours y también quizá sea porque la mayoría de huéspedes va llega en carro particular, pero a los que se nos ocurrió llegar en taxi fue algo complicado bajar a la carretera para disponer de transporte público, habría que analizar esa situación. En otro asunto, para mi gusto y comodidad, el baño está pequeño y batalle en regular el agua de la regadera porque o salía muy caliente o muy fría. Por lo demás estuvo bien.

La ubicación del hotel muy buena, el estado del mismo también es satisfactorio. No así la limpieza de las habitaciones y espacios comunes. Restaurante con cucarachas sobre las mesas y paredes, en alberca igual. Habitaciones con demasiado polvo acumulado sobre muebles y camas, aún cuando se hace el servicio de limpieza.

Muy mal servicio, personal improvisado, el restaurante sin alimentos, ni vajilla, ni servilletas. Los empleados se aplican a intentar un buen servicio, pero tienen nula,capacitación por parte del propietario. Hotel con buena relación precio/calidad

El hotel es sencillo, pero por el precio es correcto, esta en una loma y las vistas son espectaculares, esta entre pachuca y real del monte. Es una buena opción si enriendes que lo que te estan cobrando, es lo justo por lo que obtienes. Elegimos el cuarto con cocineta, sin embargo, no hay ni un vaso, hay que llevar todo lo que ocupes, pero considero que es una estancia linda y que entendiendo lo que es, la puedes disfrutar
