The ground level offers a garage, mud room, and laundry area for your shoes and sandy clothes, after a day at the beach. On the second floor, you have access to a well-stocked kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops to prepare any gourmet meal you can imagine. A counter height dining table has plenty of room for playing cards, games and puzzles. Nestle in the living room around the fireplace or enjoy your favorite Blue-ray/DVD on a flat screen TV. Sink into the couch and relax with some tunes with a room filled Bluetooth enabled sound bar.
