"El personal muy amable, el lugar es bonito pero le falta limpieza, el area de alberca muy sucia por otros huéspedes, no me gusto que la habitación no tenenia refrigerador para guardar bebidas ni estufa para preparar algo de comer, esta lindo el lugar pero necesitan levantar el bar y el area de comidas, sería increíble! Aunque no te limpian la habitación (si lo hacen con costo extra, deberían comentarlo antes) si sería bueno que cambien las toallas. Aún con esos detalles que espero pronto se...

Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"No elevator service from the main lobby down to the restaurant level. An inconveniently located ramp is available however. Thirty steps down and thirty steps up is difficult for seniors with difficulty walking. Restrooms throughout the public area of the property are scarce, including all restaurants. Food in all restaurants is truly outstanding to excellent. Beverage service at pools and other public areas is very good. Above all, the staff is extremely helpful, almost unable to find the word(s) “no” or “can’t do”. We are currently selecting a return date in December of 2026."

"Amazing staff and great amenities. Property is clean and well maintained. Resort is within walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta with varieties of street food, farmacias, local and convenience stores. Food was decent, service was attentive and family friendly. Definitely would recommend."
