"well remodeled rooms however still smells of mold/mildew when Air Conditioner is on. We tried to keep slider open to avoid it but needed some cooling at times. Great pool and beach. Very easy access to Airport."

"The main issue with the bathroom we had was that the hand soap was attached to the counter in the far corner of the vanity, not near the sink at all! Otherwise good room. The AC worked really well!"

"Everything was perfect! I was at the Tapa Tower. My room was cleaned properly every day. My ocean view was amazing. All access to shops and the beach was perfect. I recommend this hotel to everyone single, couples, and families ❤️"

Waikiki Resort Hotel

"The Waikiki Resort Hotel was a disappointing experience. Be aware that, in addition to the room rate, I was charged an extra $45 per person per day plus a $45 per day parking fee. While the advertised room rate seemed reasonable, the additional fees significantly increased the overall cost of the stay. The hotel itself had several issues. The room windows rattled loudly in the wind, and hallway windows were locked open, allowing humidity, wind, and noise from a neighboring hotel’s pool parties to carry through the building until around 11:00 PM each night. I was also regularly awakened around 4:00 AM by garbage trucks servicing the hotel’s dumpsters. As a result, I got very little restful sleep during my stay. When I raised concerns with the staff, I felt they were dismissive and simply responded that “that’s Waikiki.” However, I have stayed at other Waikiki hotels and have never experienced these problems. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the dining area appeared unclean, which completely ruined my appetite. Waikiki itself was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the area. Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel left me feeling that the low advertised room rate was offset by excessive resort and parking fees. I would not stay here again and would recommend that travelers carefully review all additional charges before booking."

"Our family of 4 loved our time spent at the Royal Lahaina bungalows. We enjoyed the nightly LIVE music and the easy access to the pool and beach. Walking distance to the black rock was fast and a pleasant walk with our adventurous teens who enjoyed cliff jumping while I floated in the ocean. Highly recommend for families, the beach access directly from our hotel was unmatched. Calm waters, clear and feels like your own private beach."

"This hotel is amazing. It had beautiful views and friendly helpful staff. The cleaning lady I believe maricel on the 10th floor was great! The front desk guy needs a vacation he doesn’t seem so helpful but the valet guys went above and beyond for me and my son! Overall, great place to bring your family and have fun! Lots of things to do around the hotel and at the hotel as well. The breakfast on the 21st floor is NOT worth it though but Goofys down stairs made our trip even better! Love the time we spent here!"
