"This is our second long stay at Delta. People are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make our stay comfortable: from friendly chats to helping us with our stay in the hotel (extra water late at night) or helping with navigating the area. The hotel itself is modern and fairly new. Great location to get to and plenty of amenities within a 5 minute drive. Family friendly. The gym is very nice and quiet with all the modern equipments. The pool is very nice especially for children and just a few short laps after a workout. There used to be a jacuzzi but no longer available. That was my only negative this year. Thank you!"

"The staff (front desk, bar/restaurant, housekeeping) were all excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The only improvement I would make is to the shower - the shower itself was roomy but the shower head was positioned so that you had to stand very close to it to have your shower which was awkward."

"Great and friendly host and very quick to reply with our needs. Very good spot for big families looking for adventure in Toronto. Only 40-50 minutes away from city and good little drive to Markham. We only stayed one night and we enjoyed it. The only negative is some aesthetics and cleanliness wasn’t the best and overall it was a 4/5 stay."

"The accommodation in Markham was ideal for my stay in Greater Toronto. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all of the main amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Soroush was an excellent host and was very welcoming. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for good accommodation in the Greater Toronto area at a reasonable price."
