"Pro: friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms...even USB C ports bedside, decent shower with wand. Con: hotel restaurant does not offer lunch service and tacks on a mandatory 18% service charge, leaving confusion about tipping... if you tip15-20% then expect sticker-shock at your total meal and bar bill."
