"My room did not have any towels when we first got there. I called the next morning ask to have some brought up the desk clerk said ok i will contact housekeeping. I waited until 11am. Then i went do to get them myself. Next day housekeeping did not even come yo to our room to clean or give us fresh towels had to call again. Next day the same no housekeeping and we ran out of toilet paper. Ask clerk as we were heading out to have housekeeping clean and give us paper. Came back to the room the same this was at 10:30pm. Clerk bought everything to us and took our dirt towels. "

"I got this hotel as a last option to Coachella ( it was along drive ) and I was surprised by it as it was clean and spacious it has a lot of restaurants close by and I had no issues during my stay"

"Property is a little older so not easy to get really clean. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly and accommodating. I recommend putting your things away each day. We had some clothing taken with the dirty towels and they were unable to find it. They did nothing to help. "

"The corner suite was magnificent. It was clean and had plenty of space for my family to wind down for the weekend. The views were pretty good but the trees were a bit overgrown (probably from the wet winter) so it was a little difficult to see the lake. The staff was amazing (Frances and Michelle assisted with check in and check out). They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenna was great as well! The outdoor area by the pool was very nice and it was great seeing all the other families spending quality time together too. They had a movie room and we watched Shrek. We didn’t get to use the spa but definitely will give it a shot next time. The close proximity to the Village was wonderful. About a 3 minute walk. We were able to grab dinner at the lake front restaurant and get breakfast at McDonald’s before we hit the road in the morning. The Stater Bros was so good to have. We were able to grab some snacks for the kids and a bottle or two to enjoy on the balcony at night. The housekeepers were so kind and did a great job as well. Beds were very comfortable too. On to the only negative: The game room could use some improvement or additional machines. The change machine was broken and there was no change on site. We had to walk to the Stater Bros to get change (slightly inconvenient but really not that big of a deal)"
