"We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us. My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room."

"Thanks to Justine, the cabin was spotless and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately we did not meet Justine. We could not access the internet because of our age, always finding it difficult to get our heads around scanning QR codes and downloading Apps. We also found it difficult to use the path with and without our luggage leading to the cabin both in daylight and the dark - another age problem. We spent most of our time at our granddaughter's touch football Regional Carnival and unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy the pool, the beaches or the Wamberal Lagoon Nature Reserve. Should have stayed longer!"

"Room smelled of cigarette smoke, staff and guests gather outside the door sitting on milk crates and smoking. Toilet seat was dirty, bedside light dudnt work and room looked like it wasnt cleaned. "

"Bit of a rocky start due to limited communication before arrival, but once we checked in the property manager was very responsive and helpful, quickly getting us the cleaning equipment we needed. The neighbour was also friendly and easygoing. The spa was a highlight and definitely saved the trip given the rainy weather."

"This truly was a 5 out of 5 property in every respect. Newly renovated house with everything you could possibly need at your disposal, from the kitchen and pantry to the bathrooms. Centrally located within easy walking distance of beaches and local shops. Could not recommended more highly. The host, Andrea, has set a new benchmark for a Stayz getaway."
