Enjoy our beautiful one-story cabin with a cozy country vibe and lots of opportunity to create memories with friends and family - soak in the hot tub, enjoy our detached Game Room over a game of Billiards, cook a dinner using our outdoor high-end propane grill, have a campfire at the firepit and enjoy the sounds from the creek. This is your home away from home!

This is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom single level home around 1800 sqft. The bedrooms have a king, queen and double bunk beds, respectively, and additional sofa bed in the living room - sleeps 10 in total. There is a detached structure which is a game room with additional sofa, billiards, and TV.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

Limited-Time Offer: Save $30 on Cleaning Fees!

Book your stay between October 28 and December 1, 2025, and enjoy $30 off the cleaning fee. The discount will be applied upon checking in.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and grill is prohibited during the burn ban

Great house for family weekend!

Lovely house, nice sleeping areas, including one fairly small bunk room - sleeps 4 - perfect for us and kids. Great games room. Lovely outdoor space if needed.

Mt Rainer weekend trip

Stayed in this little gem for the weekend, it was great!!! The place was as described and we spent time playing pool, sitting by the river, BBQ and just enjoying our weekend!

Great getaway spot!

Our family enjoyed our vacation here! Very close to the National park and lots of great hiking spots. Lots of room for everyone and we stayed nice and cool! Plenty of room for big family meals inside or out by the fire pit. Lots of fun!

Cute Woodsy Cabin

Nice cabin in the woods. Good for our little kids, nice yard for them to run around in and they loved throwing rocks into the creek out back. Short drive to town for essentials.

Great cabin experience, just outside of town. Short half hour drive up to White Pass. Fun pool/darts room. Nice layout of the house.

Cute cottage

Convenient to travel to Mt Rainier. Nice to go in the hot tub after hiking. Sitting outside and listening to the sound of the creek water below was relaxing.

A comfortable property with many amenities. We stayed for a ski trip at White Pass, so it was too cold to enjoy the big back yard and fire pit right on the beautiful creek, but will be keeping this property in mind if we're in the area in summer. Beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances good. A large spoon that isn't slotted would be a nice addition for serving food, also maybe a few more forks! Loved the big hot tub. All in all, our group was very happy!

Family Fun Stay in the Mountains

Centrally located for all the hikes and outdoor adventures we had planned. Not too far from the gondola and Paradise at Mount Rainier. House was perfect for our family 4 adults 1 child and a toddler .ots of space. The game room was great and back yard nice on a starry night. Thanks again from the Molnar Family.

Comfortable, cozy spot in Packwood.

My 3 teens and I needed a comfy spot to sleep before heading up to White Pass for a beautiful day of skiing. The home is lovely. The kids loved the pool table and I loved the view of the river. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We slept well. Thank you for a good night!

The house was not as big as it appeared online. Unfortunately the hot tub worked for about 10 minutes. The kitchen was missing some basic utensils for cooking. Location was good and it has a nice yard that would be fun in the summer.

Quiet and clean cabin, perfect for family hiking.

We chose this place given it's proximity to Mt Rainier and the Paradise entrance. The house was perfectly located and the town of Packwood has great places to grab groceries and a meal out. The house is clean and well suited for our family. The kids loved the entertainment room! Perfect base to get to Mt Rainier, easy 20min drive and we went early (6am) to beat the reservations and crowds. We would absolutely stay here again and have no problems recommending the hosts or the house. Thanks again!

Great girls trip!

We stayed here for a girls get away weekend and had a fantastic time! Joann was extremely attentive and helpful. The property was clean, and had tons of extra ammenities to keep us entertained. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. We made some great meals and enjoyed relaxing throughout our stay. The hot tub was certainly a great way to relax at the end of the day. Our dogs loved playing in the back yard and by the creek, and we enjoyed playing pool and darts! This is a great place to stay and Joann is a wonder host!

A beautiful fun filled cottage

This cottage gave my spouse and I such a fun filled night! We used the bbq to grill dinner while sitting by the fire and listening to the river. We played pool and darts and listened to music in the game room. We hung out in the hot tub in the rain. The bed was so cozy and the vibe of the whole cottage was just perfect! Thank you for such a great stay! And communication!

Nice spot in the wiods

We enjoyed our stay over thanksgiving break immensely. The sound of the creek was so peaceful to enjoy your coffee with and there is a fire pit. We enjoyed many games of pool out in the game room and evenings soaking in the hot tub. The house was a great size for the 5 of us, the only thing that would have been nicer was more silverware and mixing bowls. We had a few minor issues that the property manager quickly replied and offered assistance with. Overall it was a nice break from the city. We got to see elk on our daily walks and peaks boo views of the mountains. We would love to come back again.

Nice Getaway

Quiet, peaceful, pet friendly property. Poor lighting in the kitchen was a minus but otherwise a very nice place. Being asked to wash our towels, run the dishwasher and take out the garbage was unexpected as we assumed that our host fee covered the cleaning. Communication with the owner was great and she responded quickly and checked in with us during our stay.

Relaxing and comfortable!

Joanne, our host, took great care to smooth the way for our stay and followed up regularly to be sure all was well. The cabin is all-wood inside, so warm and inviting……and clean. Beds were good, and we all slept in late. The quiet area invites long strolls and time listening to the river in front rolling by (although hidden by bank and foliage). The kitchen was equipped for most of our needs, and the dining table a family delight. The game room is a bonus, with an excellent billiards table and tv, with space to dance a bit if your inclined. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Very nice place to stay, plenty of room, we were on motorcycles and just got done riding in the heat all day so stepping in to the house with the air conditioning already on and the house nice and cool was really nice, very much appreciated!
