"We like Principe Hotel that is why we returned. From the check-in to the room, everything was good and we were comfortable The price is excellent for this very nice hotel. We would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean but could use an update. The shuttle runs every hour but it would be beneficial to guests if it ran at least every 30 minutes. Just a suggestion."

"The roomm was bear. There was toilet paper and a towel. The sheets were clean but extremely thin. The lock on the door was hard to open with the old fashion key. The air conditioning was working. I have stayed at this hotel but the location and shuttle outweight the lack of immenities for one night. This night it bothered me. No hot water and all rooms were upstairs, no elevator. I have stayed at cheaper hotels for much less money. It was not worth the $61.00 that I paid for the night. I won't stay again."
