The manager and staff couldn't have been more friendly, polite, and helpful ! We enjoyed the large pool and the terrific buffet breakfast. Central position with supermarket next door.

Classy hotel with full service

Great hotel with fairly luxurious style, friendly staff, full facilities. Room was comfortable and clean, although it could have been slightly cleaner, with marble table surfaces showing some grime. Overall, a very good place to stay. Reasonable value for money without being an obvious bargain. The hotel attracts mainly well-to-do Malaysian and domestic travellers. My room was relatively quiet. If you like market shopping, you cannot get any closer to the absolutely enormous street markets right outside the front door.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, free wi-fi, pool.

My daughter and I spent 9 nights here in January 2017, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and inviting. The foyer and ground floor lounge were impressive,and the bar/lounge also do light snacks. The pool was great, and they provided towels. Our room was at the back of the hotel; good, very clean, and the bathroom was clean and fresh, providing toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower caps. There was a jug provided and tea,coffee and sugar. The power point in our room was a bit dicey, so we used the jug in the bathroom.There was a small fridge. Hotel also provided 2 bottles of water daily. The best part was the free breakfast. Wow! It included juices, mineral waters,cereals and milk, plus a big hot buffet. It included noodle and rice dishes, chicken and fish. There was also an egg station, where they cooked fried eggs and omelets to order- delicious. There was a big range of sweet treats, cakes and donuts, also toast and condiments. Fantastic- enough to last you till tea-time! There are food stalls and other stalls in the street each evening. There is a department store next door, which sells groceries and other items. Shops all along the road, including a bakery and many clothes stores. Also a general market on weekends. Staff at reception were helpful, as were concierge staff. Apart from a booking hiccup -I would advise everyone to reconfirm your booking- we had no problems, and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone.

kami sekeluarga menginap selama 2 malam, kamar dan pelayanan hotel sangat bagus, hanya saja akses menuju hotel melewati pasar. sekedar usulan, perlu dibuatkan jalur khusus agar perjalanan menuju hotel menjadi semakin mudah dan lancar.. salam,

Friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. The hotel is old and a bit rundown. Breakfast was mainly Asian dishes but you could get your scrambled eggs made. I checked in very early but got a room without hassle and they even gave me breakfast. You can get a massage in your room, no Spa in the hotel. Happy ending offered.
