  • Charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath private home in Paducah’s Midtown. Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, private driveway parking, and self check-in. A convenient base for downtown, Lowertown Arts District, the National Quilt Museum, and the riverfront.

    THE HOME
    Private whole-house stay with central heat and air and good natural light. You have exclusive use of the interior, front porch, and furnished backyard patio.

    Living room
    Light gray seating, 55" HDTV with Fire TV and Xfinity Stream, plus board games, puzzles, and Kentucky-themed books.

    Kitchen & dining
    Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea, plus an electric kettle. Dining area seats 6.

    Bedrooms
    Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sound machine, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, extra pillow, and extra blanket.

    Bathrooms
    Full bath with tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer. Separate half bath with pedestal sink.

    Workspace & laundry
    Dedicated work nook with high-speed WiFi. Washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets.

    Outdoor
    Front porch and private backyard patio with table and chairs.

    LOCATION
    Midtown Paducah — short drive to historic downtown, Lowertown galleries and studios, the riverfront, restaurants, and the convention center.

    GUEST ACCESS
    Entire home is yours. Self check-in. Park on the private driveway (it runs alongside the house to a concrete pad in back). Host is available by phone or message.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    * Blink outdoor cameras cover the front and back entry only — no interior cameras. A receiver to connect cameras to the internet is plugged into an outlet in the kitchen.
    * The home sits near a busier street. Each bedroom has a sound machine; eye masks are provided.
    * City trash pickup is Wednesday morning. The host moves the bin.
    * Welcome book on the office desk with WiFi, local favorites, and house details.
    * If spices, cooking oil, paper plates, or similar run low, message us and we’ll restock.
    * WPSD Channel 6 provides local news and weather.
    *The city tests outdoor sirens the first Friday of each month at 1 p.m. It is short and only a test.

The house is immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The house is so comfortable. You feel welcomed immediately. Easy to find. Close to so many amenities. We will definitely stay there again!

This sweet house was clean - as in pristine! The host was gracious and immediately responsive to our questions. Generous hospitality! We had everything we needed for our two-night stay. We found the location to be very convenient for all our plans which included a visit to the National Quilt Museum.

We had a great time in Paducah. We came down to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The house was clean and had everything we could need. Very comfortable and quaint. Close to downtown.

Feels like home

My sister and I always check to see if this house is available when we return to Paducah to visit family and friends. It is welcoming and has everything we need to be comfortable. When we walk in it feels like home.
