  • Welcome to the Haven by Concord Sun Properties. This Beautiful historic farm house has been updated to a modern rustic charm. The open floor plan includes FIVE massive bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, two baths, and spacious kitchen and living room. This home is perfect for large groups to gather.

    You can expect to fully take in the Paducah culture with easy access to The National Quilt Museaum(7.1 mi), Interstate 24(1.4 mi), Kentucky Oaks Mall(2.2 mi), Purple Toad Winery(8.4 mi), Barkley Regional Airport(4.1 mi), McCracken County Highschool(3.2 mi), Harrah's Metropolis Casino(10.1 mi).

    This unique home was the first in Paducah to feature running water. The original water tank is still in the attic. Although it is close enough to all the wonderful features of Paducah, it is secluded enough where you can retreat to peace and quiet.
