It is a 2 star location, so, essentially a bed and a shower. The surroundings were bare and basic, so was the carpet in the hallways etc. But it is inexpensive, so one cannot expect much. Good place for a bed and a shower.

Good place to stay to go to Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend. It has a big parking lot. The room is good

Reserved a room for an employee that was coming through the area after a late drive. Arrived at the location with no staff to check in with, could not find anyone at the hotel and nobody answered the phone. My employee went to other places in the area and due to high tourist season no room were available and he ahd to make other arrangements. Thanks for leaving a paying customer high and dry. Would never stay at this property ever again.

The Property is ok, you get for what you pay. The Bed was uncomfortable, Shower was not clean. The worst was the Staff, they were really rude, Starting from Check-in to a request for morning coffee , the Staff did not look at us while checking in and was talking as if she was doing a favor to us. When we went to office (no phone to talk) to ask for couple of Towel's , she was like I would get it whenever I have time.

As soon as I saw the room was horrid I returned to the desk clerk and asked for a refund since I was not staying there. The room was dingy and dirty looking. Twelve days later I am still fighting with the establishment through my credit card company.

It worked for the night....hotel is mainly for those working in the area....no in-room coffee....small parking lot, so no trailers...2 ladies traveling alone and felt safe all night.

Great proximity to grocery store, restaurants (one with daily live country and soft rock music in the evening), visitor center, area attractions. Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating…we asked about extending our stay…”sure, that’s doable”.

Off the beaten path, was looking for quiet stay away from HW. Very noise bunch in front of our door for about an hr 10-11pm. Banging, throwing stuff above us to upper story, yelling. Truck finally left. Room ok, would have been nice stay if not for loud bunch. We were next to office but they weren't there to stop loud bunch.

I wasn’t expecting much, but this property was very poor. Stains on the bedding. Ceiling crumbling on your head. Drapes that wouldn’t close. Very dirty. Could be a great spot with even just a good cleaning.

My vehicle is in repair next door. The lady is nice to let me check in early at noon with $10 extra charge. It's melting hot outside. This really help out a lot. We appreciate it!

The price is what makes me book, the hotel is just old and out dated the interior of the room was more up to date, some old liquor bottles littered the community bbq which is right next to your parking spot.

A party of 4 had a 3 night stay. They provided no cleaning, replacement linens, additional soaps or lotions or emptying the trash. And they did not let us know that they would not be refreshing our room daily. There was a little mold in the bathroom. And when I went to the lobby to ask a question, the couple did not stand up to talk to me. Still, the room was initially pretty clean and tidy except for the mold. The TV stations were very limited so we didn't watch anything. But since we were there to fish at Lake Powell, we were gone during daylight hours, everything worked out OK.
