The property was great. Room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good, lots to choose from. My only complaint was the girl that checked us in was super unfriendly and RUDE! She obviously does not like her job! Other than that, everything was great.

Overall, we were disappointed in our 3 night stay at Best Western Plus. The front desk staff were welcoming and nice. The daily room cleaning was not done, other than making the bed and leaving clean towels; no floor sweeping, vacuuming or mopping was done, which is not acceptable with vinyl plank flooring. This is a hiking and golfing tourist area, so sand and dirt gets tracked in daily, so they need to do a better job of cleaning. The buffet breakfast changed daily, but staples were often "gone" like orange juice and yogurt. We liked the location for its closeness to restaurants and the golf course.

We had a good stay in this hotel, it was near to all the places we wanted to see like the Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and the Lake Powell. You can just walk to nearby restaurants too. Breakfast was always fresh and the place was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful 😊😊😊
