Step back in time and enjoy a cozy stay in this lovingly preserved 3-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home—still decorated just like grandma left it! From floral wallpaper to crocheted doilies and vintage knick-knacks, this home is packed with nostalgic charm and homey comfort.

3 Bedrooms – Two Queen bedrooms and 1 King “Primary Suite”.

2 Bathrooms – Fully functional with original fixtures, plenty of fluffy towels, and a touch of lace curtain flair.

Kitchen – Retro but reliable. You’ll find all the essentials, plus some. Fully stocked

Living Room – Sink into a plush comfy couch and turn on the TV (yes, it’s modern). Or pick a chair to sit in while your family member or friend plays you a song on the Piano.

Outside, you’ll find a small yard with a patio area—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of sweet tea.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Load your dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. 2. Remove ALL food you brought into home. 3. Empty ALL trash cans in home and take to garbage can outside.
5. Leave beds as is. DO NOT strip and put in laundry. 6. Hang wet towels in bathrooms to dry. Leave dry used towels on bathroom floor. 7. Sign out of TV subscriptions (Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc.)
8. Turn thermostat to 75 F. before you leave (summer months) 65 F. the (winter months) 9. Turn off all lights. Close and lock all windows. Lock all doors on your way out. (sliding glass door)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
