About this property

New Town Home-Sleeps 12- Multiple available- #11

  • Stay in a new townhome in Page, Az with sweeping views of the Grand Canyon! Minutes away from Lake Powell, Horse Shoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. There are four townhomes available to rent, each sleep 12 people comfortably. All furnishings are new and comfortable. The townhomes are located in a safe and quiet area. If you prefer dining out, they are close to restaurants or if you prefer cooking at home, each unit comes with any amenity you could need. Welcome to your home away from home!

    Boat parking on site!
    1. Please take out all trash and put into the trash tins inside the dumpster area.
    2. Please place dirty dishes in the sink.
    4. Please place used towels in front of washing machine upstairs.
    5. Lock back door and front door #
    6. NO BOAT PARKING OR LOADING IN FRONT OF UNITS

    Each room has a remote to turn on the fan. The power switch on the wall must be turned on in for the fan to work.

    If there is any messes that you need to clean up there is a carrier full of cleaning supplies below the sink.

    Please do not set thermostats to cool below 68 degrees, it will freeze the system and cause water to leak.

    Before you leave-

    Please take out all trash and put into the trash tins inside the dumpster area.

    Please load all dishes used in the dish washing machine and start it before leaving .

    Please wash all dishes that cannot be loaded into the dish washing machine and return to the location taken from.

    Please pull all linens used and towels and place in front of washing machine upstairs.
    Please lock the back door and upon your departure by pressing the # key on the front door lock.

Incredible location and home!

This was such an incredible location. We had such a great time staying at this property that was very clean, beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would absolutely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for our family of five (with 3 young adult children). The kitchen had many small appliances so we decided to make a couple of meals there. The primary bedroom was very nice with an ensuite and walk in closet.

Lovely new place with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen. Great views. Great having a king bed in main room. Nobody above or below you so no issues with hearing neighbors.

This place exceeded our expectations! The listing looked almost too good to be true, but it was exactly as described—and even better in person. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt high-end with its luxurious bedding and fresh, clean scent. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, down to the rice cooker in the kitchen. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and our tour meeting points. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful and clean!

Overall a wonderful stay. Property was beautiful and very clean. Only comment was that there was a little confusion with all of the multiple pictures posted about the beds available. We got it all figured out but wasn’t quite what we were expecting for sleeping arrangements. Otherwise a wonderful stay and highly recommend
