Girl’s hiking trip
The home was clean & comfortable. Ted & Teresa had a TON of info about hiking trails & tours that was very helpful. We came to Page specifically to visit a slot canyon. They steered us toward choosing the Waterhole Canyon Experience as opposed to a more popular tour. We were so glad they did. The guides at WCE were friendly & the tour groups were small. We got beautiful pics without other people in them. Great trip!!

Great vacation home
What a great vacation home we had the pleasure staying at during our summer road trip. The hosts were fabulous in suggesting tours, restaurants, things to do prior to the stay The home is located right next to the airport but our initial concerns were absolutely unnecessary as there are very few flights with small aircraft and helicopters during the day but none at night. The home is super clean and has everything you need. So many thoughtful touches and amenities. We will definitely return if our travel brings us back to the area.

Superior experience
This rental was perfectly appointed and very reasonably priced. Owners were very attentive and stayed in constant communication with us before and throughout our stay. They even sent their recommendations for best local restaurants, tours, hikes, lake sports outfitters, and other helpful hints. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time.

Great home base
We really enjoyed our stay at TNT’s South Shore Retreat. It was a great home base from which to explore the surrounding area. We came from North Vancouver, BC, Canada and were travelling with my husband’s sister and husband who were visiting from New Zealand. We managed to take in Big John’s BBQ for dinner the first night which was packed and had live music. The following day we spent time at the Glen Canyon Dam, went on a boat tour on Lake Powell from Antelope Point marina and enjoyed lunch at “the world’s largest floating restaurant”! Would come for a longer period of time next time, and we’d definitely recommend TNT’s place to others!

Great base in Page
We spent the majority of our time in Page out exploring, but it was great to have a clean, comfortable and convenient location to come home to in the evenings. Everything was as described and it was a great space for the family to spread out vs being couped up in a hotel. We had a HVAC problem when we first arrived and Ted was extremely responsive and had the problem fixed immediately (on a Saturday!!). I hesitate to even bring it up but just wanted to point out the fact that the hosts were on it immediately and fixed the issue permanently. Their responsiveness as well as the space solidified my confidence in giving this recommendation. I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to anyone staying in Page.

Perfect for our needs
The property was very clean and check in and all communication with Theresa & Ted was timely and precise. Page is a beautiful area. The view from the patio was amazing! Yes, we were right across the street from the airport, but this did not bother us a bit. I would recommend these hosts and this property.

Exploring Slot canyons and lake Powell
This home was an incredible find! It was absolutely perfect for our family of five! Super clean and spacious. We enjoyed very much having dinner at the deck watching the sunsets. We loved every minute we spent in Page and we wish we would have more time. There is so much to do and everything so amazing!!! We want to thank Theresa and Ted for being the best hostess ever. They were always there for anything we needed. So attentive and full of incredible tips that only the locals would know to make our trip even more incredible. We would be back there in a minute. Family vacation
There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything was clean and in working order. We especially liked all the outdoor space! We did several tourist attractions in Page and also made day trips to the Grand Canyon. It was an easy 2 hour drive to both the North & South Rims, so we got the full AZ experience! Ted was very helpful with tourist info and let us know he was available if we had problems (which we didn’t).

Perfect location for sight seeing in Page
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house while we explored the Page area and it's numerous hiking and photographic opportunities. The backyard deck was the perfect place to have our breakfast before heading out to our adventures including Horseshoe Bend, Hanging Garden Trail, Glen Canyon Dam Overlook, Beehive Trail, and parts of the Rim Trail. We purchased tickets way in advance for both upper and lower Antelope Canyon tours and thoroughly enjoyed both. On our way to Fredonia, we hiked Wire Pass Trail Head to parts of Buckskin Gulch. I would highly recommend this hike as it had great views and less crowded than Antelope Canyon. Realize you first must purchase a daily pass online on recreation.gov ($6. per person). The 8 mile dirt road is bumpy to the trail head, but well worth it. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, safe neighborhood to walk around, and the occasional airplanes landing on the small airport across the street. The grocery store is close as well as many restaurants.

Perfect Location
My family enjoyed our stay in our home away from home for 5 days. Ted and Theresa are the perfect host. Giving suggestions and answering my many questions and both of them goes far and beyond providing help. They even gave us a souvenir framed map of page 😊. The location is just perfect and the house is very clean and spacious. We did a lot of tours in page and kenab. We will for sure be back!

Very clean, bright and well equiped facility. The hosts provide excellent suggestions in the note book that they have developed. and visitors will be well served by consulting it. The only negative thing one can say about the place is that the neibours' dogs are a bit of a nuisance.

Great Location
This location was perfect to see and do what was around Page. We especially enjoyed the Big Orange Jeep tour, Lone Rock Beach, and Horseshoe Bend. It was more than two hours to the Grand Canyon(North Rim we highly reccomend), but you can stop at Lees Ferry and dip your feet in the Colorado River on the way. To the NW two hours, we visited Coral Pink Sand Dunes and wanted to hike Willis wash slot canyons(rain prevented it). It was a neat drive and Kanab had fun shops. We did not go to anything on the Navajo reservation. Masks were required during the whole tour and our kids are just tired of masks. There was plenty of other things to do! The house itself has a gorgeous view of the Mesa and Buttes and the sunrise was glorious to see from the decks. The games at the house were especially appreciated. Also the house was well stocked to cook our own meals. Thank you Theresa and Ted!

Lake Powell Vacation
Property is very clean and organized, wonderful outdoor space. Great launching point for activities on Lake Powell and hikes in surrounding gorgeous Navajo lands. Would visit again, so many things to see. Would recommend it! We encountered quite a strong wind/sand storm. Would plan accordingly just in case with long sleeves, pants, hats, handkerchief etc.
